5 DAYS DRIVE & FLY-OUT MIDRANGE SAFARI
Overview On this 5 day drive & fly-out midrange safari, you will visit the famous parks on the northern circuit of Tanzania which are Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park. After your safari, you will fly to Zanzibar
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be welcomed by a representative from Wild Candle African Safaris. You will then be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can rest and prepare for the exciting safari ahead.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast at around 8:00 AM, you will receive a short safari briefing before departing for Tarangire National Park. Famous for its vast savannahs dotted with majestic baobab trees and seasonal marshes, the park is home to the largest elephant population in northern Tanzania. Expect to see giraffes, buffaloes, lions, zebras, wildebeests, and various antelope and gazelle species.
A hot lunch will be served at a scenic picnic site around 12:30 PM. You will continue exploring this beautiful park in the afternoon before heading to your accommodation in the Karatu area for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast at around 8:00 AM, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and stop at the crater viewpoint for stunning panoramic views. Then descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five. This breathtaking caldera hosts over 25,000 animals and offers exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities, including encounters with the Maasai people.
Enjoy a hot picnic lunch at the hippo pool before continuing your journey to the heart of Serengeti National Park. Enjoy game viewing en route as you head to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
After breakfast (timing flexible based on your preference), depart for a full-day game drive across the vast plains of Serengeti National Park. This iconic wildlife sanctuary is renowned for its abundance of wildlife, including all members of the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino.
A hot lunch will be served at around 12:30 PM inside the park, accompanied by soft drinks and unlimited bottled water. Continue exploring until evening before returning to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park to Zanzibar
After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to the Serengeti airstrip where you will catch your flight to Zanzibar. This marks the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
